To access Scholary, users must register with a valid email address. Users are responsible for all activity under their account.

4. Payments

Paid subscriptions are handled via Stripe. You agree to Stripe's terms when using paid services. No refunds are provided unless legally required.

5. User Content

Users may upload files to interact with the AI tools. These uploads are kept private and are not shared publicly. You are responsible for ensuring that any content uploaded complies with applicable laws.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

Use the platform for any illegal or fraudulent activity
Upload harmful, offensive, or infringing content
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers or code
Disrupt the service or misuse AI tools
Reproduce or distribute content from Scholary without permission

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, branding, and designs are the property of Scholary or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws.

8. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) at any time, temporarily or permanently, with or without notice.

10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scholary disclaims all warranties. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service.

11. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, outages, cyberattacks, government actions, or service interruptions.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Antwerp, Belgium.
